The Space

This bright and colorful one bedroom casita is located in quiet, small community of just 7 units. It’s cheery and welcoming interior invites you to begin your South Florida vacation with style! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Your pet is welcome to join in the fun for an additional fee. Enjoy fast WiFi and Sling streaming service. A large park is just across the street. The award-winning beach is just one mile away.

In a small complex with just 7 total units, Casita Fuego is the perfect getaway for a couple, or as part of a larger group. The neatly trimmed grounds and colorful landscaping offer a hint of the stylish petite home awaiting you.

Casita Fuego is excited to welcome your furry family member as well. And the ideal spot to exercise him or her is just across the street at the neighborhood park. Here, you and your best friend will find a well-manicured greenery and a winding walking trail throughout the park. Be sure to take advantage of the covered pavilion and several exercise stations.

Open the front door with a Smart Lock and find yourself in a stylish, modern, and colorful living room. The living area offers a cozy sofa that converts to a single sleep sofa, as well as soothing decor with plenty of welcoming greenery. It’s easy to imagine relaxing here with a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage.

The large kitchen is bright and cheerful, with a fun pop of red in the lower cabinets. Features here include full-size stainless steel appliances, with a subway-tiled backsplash. You’ll have plenty of cabinets and counter space to store and prepare your meals and snacks. Enjoy them together at the round glass-top table for 4, with plush coordinating red chairs.

The separate bedroom is spacious and boasts some delightful design details sure to make you smile. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Smart TV and slumber comfortably in a queen-size bed.

The hall bath features a tub/shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. Just outside the bath is the convenient stack washer/dryer.

Just a mile away is one of the most celebrated beaches in the US, earning a Trip Advisor Choice Award and a mention as one of the best beach boardwalks in the country by Travel & Leisure magazine.

You’ll also find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities.
The Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) is just 10 minutes away, which is such a relief after a long day of travel.

On your way to check-in, drop by the new Hard Rock, also just 10 minutes from Casita Fuego, for a bite to eat and maybe some star-gazing!

If you’d rather just walk everywhere once you arrive, it’s easy to do that! Within a 4-block radius, you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store. Park your car and forget about it! Guests have access to the entire casita, one parking space and the shared gym. There’s also a lovely shared courtyard with a stone bench and huge mango tree.

At 2.5 miles long, it is a paved brick promenade, full of shops, eateries and oceanfront views of the mesmerizing blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy shores.

For days when you’d like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking & paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium, and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.

For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli’s on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you’ll find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $100, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Pet Policy:

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:
